UNC6852 selectively degrades PRC2 components EED (embryonic ectoderm development), EZH2 (enhancer of zeste homolog 2), and SUZ12 (suppressor of zeste homolog 12) via recruitment of VHL. UNC6852 exhibit anticancer activities in model systems.
