- 用于纯化易位刺激因子（translocation stimulating factor）的色谱柱
- 在GTP-琼脂糖拉下实验（pull down assay）中测量与GTP结合的RHEB（脑Ras同源蛋白，Ras homolog enriched in brain）的水平
- GTP结合测定中
- 消耗大鼠肝细胞溶质中的GTP结合蛋白
悬浮于含有0.25 M NaCl的50％甘油中
