I-BET787 is an orally active, potent and selective pan-BET bromodomain (BrD) inhibitor (BRD2/3/4/T pIC50 =6.9/7.1/7.1/6.3/BrD1 5.7/6.2/5.9/5.1/BrD2) that demonstrates efficacy in an inflammation model in mice in vivo (5 & 15 mg/kg b.i.d. p.o. for 14 days)by suppressing KLH-TNP (100 μg/kg via i.p. 1h post first I-BET787 oral dosing)-induced T-cell activation.
