General description
SAP90/PSD-95相关蛋白4（SAPAP4，也称DLGAP4）是一个可以与PSD-95/SAP90发生特异性相互作用的蛋白家族的成员，PSD-95/SAP90是位于神经元细胞中突触后致密区（postsynaptic density，PSD）的膜相关鸟苷酸激酶。与其它 SAPAP蛋白相似，SAPAP4被认为是一种接头蛋白，也与不同突触支架蛋白（synaptic scaffolding protein）、细胞骨架和信号传导成分（如粘着斑激酶（FAK）、富含酪氨酸激酶2（PYK2））相互作用。SAPAP4 mRNA以类似于 SAPAP1和SAPAP2的方式被靶向胞体，SAPAP3 mRNA 则主要在胞体中检出。 SAPAP4至少存在三个亚型。
观测值〜138 kDa。 该蛋白的计算分子量为109 kDa，但是由于翻译后修饰，可以在〜138 kDa处观察到。

对应于人SAPAP4的KLH偶联肽。
Application
免疫组化分析： 一个代表性批次的1:500稀释液在大鼠海马组织中检测到SAPAP4。
该抗-SAPAP4抗体经验证可用在WB & IHC中检测SAPAP4蛋白。
Biochem/physiol Actions
该 SAPAP4抗体不与其它SAPAP蛋白交叉反应。
Analysis Note
通过蛋白质印迹法在SK-N-SH细胞裂解液中进行了评估。
蛋白质印迹分析：1 µg/ml的该抗体可在15 µg的SK-N-SH 细胞裂解液中检测到SAPAP4。
