Product Description
General description
来自猪胃粘膜的天然胃蛋白酶。由胃粘膜衬里分泌的。在酸性条件下有活性。对氨酰基脯氨酸水解为氨基酸和脯氨酸进行催化。抑制物有脂肪醇、胃酶抑素A、pH值>6.0。
Preparation Note
复溶后，等分并冷冻保存（-20°C）。贮备液在-20°C下可稳定保存至多6个月。
