General description
异质核核糖核蛋白Q，常被称为hnRNP Q，由于单个基因的可变剪接存在三种不同亚型。该RNA结合蛋白与运动神经元（SMN）蛋白存活所需的mRNA 前体剪接的控制有关。SMN的功能丧失性突变与一种常见的神经退行性疾病，脊髓性肌肉萎缩症（SMA）有关。研究显示hnRNP Q 蛋白与SMN相互作用，这种相互作用是高效的体外pre-mRNA剪接所必需的。当前数据表明hnRNP Q 是SMN的剪接调节因子。

Application
抗-hnRNP Q抗体（克隆7A11.2）是一种小鼠单克隆抗体，用于检测hnRNP Q，也称为异质核核糖核蛋白Q，&已在WB、ICC中进行了验证。
蛋白质印迹分析：1 µg/mL的代表性批次在10 µg PC-12和HEK293细胞裂解物中检测到hnRNP Q 。
免疫细胞化学分析： 一个代表性批次的1：500稀释液在 NIH/3T3、A431和HeLa细胞中检测到hnRNP Q。
