General description
蜡状芽孢杆菌的天然L-亮氨酸脱氢酶。纯化酶催化从L-亮氨酸到α-酮异己酸的NAD依赖性转化。适用于L-叔亮氨酸氨基酸的生产。L-亮氨酸底物的**pH值为10.5-10.8，α-酮异己酸底物的**pH值为9.4。**温度为65°C。

Physical form
在100 mM NaCl，10 mM磷酸钾缓冲液，50%甘油，pH值7.5中。
