General description
Immobilon®-FL转移膜是一种聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)微孔膜，可结合从各种凝胶基质转移的蛋白质。Immobilon®-FL膜标称孔径为0.45 μm，建议用于印迹分子量大于20千道尔顿（kDa）的蛋白质。这种膜在很宽的激发/发射波长范围内显示非常低的自荧光。这种特性使其成为包括荧光免疫检测在内的印迹应用的理想材料。
