General description
MUC18 抗原（CD146）是免疫球蛋白超家族的成员，是一种 110-120 kDa 的固有膜糖蛋白，存在于内皮细胞、骨髓成纤维细胞和各种黑色素瘤的表面。MUC18 已被用作人类黑色素瘤肿瘤进展的标志物，因为 MUC18 在这些肿瘤中的表达与不良预后和转移性疾病的发展密切相关。另外，许多人 T、B 和骨髓性白血病细胞系似乎表达 MUC18。与 N-CAM 和相关分子的紧密结构关系表明，MUC18 也可能是一种发育受调节的细胞粘附分子（黑色素瘤粘附分子或 MCAM）。

Immunogen
用 HUVEC 免疫小鼠。
Application
免疫细胞化学：
1-10 μg/mL 先前批次的抗体用于免疫细胞化学。在 EDTA 或胰蛋白酶悬浮的内皮细胞中效果**。
免疫组化：
1-10 µg/mL。4% PFA，室温下30min或4°C下<2h。采用1%BSA/0.2% tween20/PBS封闭30min。非常适合固定或未固定的冷冻组织。
免疫沉淀
1-10 μg/mL 先前批次用于免疫沉淀。
ELISA：
1-10 μg/mL 先前批次用于 ELISA。
FACS 分析：
1-10 μg/mL 先前批次用于 FACS。
**工作稀释度必须由最终用户确定。
抗 MCAM 抗体，克隆 P1H12 检测 MCAM 的水平，&经发表 & 验证可用于 ELISA、FC、IC、IH、IP & WB。
