Product Description
General description
一种膜渗透性黄色染料，在活细胞中被线粒体还原酶还原形成深蓝色产物MTT-甲臜。MTT-甲臜在540或570 nm处的分光光度测量可定量细胞活力。用作细胞毒性（如用于筛选癌症药物）和凋亡的直接指标。一种用于研究NADP依赖性脱氢酶类的电子受体。
