General description
CA-074（目录编号205530）的细胞可渗透类似物，可作为细胞内组织蛋白酶B的不可逆抑制剂。据报道在啮齿动物模型中抑制骨吸收，并在体外显示出抑制B16黑色素瘤细胞侵袭的作用。
