Application
免疫组化（丙酮固定）：可有效用于人类组织，特别是评估受体上调的场合。该抗体不可使福尔马林固定或石蜡包埋的组织染色，可能无法检测在健康成年人上皮细胞中αvβ6的低水平基础表达。
免疫细胞化学：可有效用于F6、HT-29、H441细胞系（其它细胞系未测试）。
流式细胞术：可有效检测人和猴αvβ6
对于免疫沉淀或蛋白质印迹无效。
**工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。

Biochem/physiol Actions
单克隆抗体MAB2074Z，通过以重组分泌性人avb6使Balb/c小鼠免疫生成，可用于流式细胞术，在免疫细胞化学法中特别有用。 该抗体对于人类组织的免疫组织化学法很有效，特别是在评估受体上调的场合。 该抗体不可使福尔马林固定或石蜡包埋的组织染色，可能无法检测在健康成年人上皮细胞中αvβ6的低水平基础表达。该抗体不识别αV亚基，也不与αVβ6以外的αV整合素发生反应。 由于该抗体对于蛋白质印迹无效，我们不知道该抗体识别的表位是位于αvβ6异源二聚体上还是仅位于β6亚基上。
