Product Description
General description
一种有效的细胞渗透性钙蛋白酶I和II抑制剂(Ki = 8 nM),还可减少培养的背根神经节中辣椒素介导的细胞死亡。据报道,它可以阻止A23187诱导的离体海马锥体神经元神经突生长的抑制。对谷氨酸诱导的毒性表现出神经保护作用。
