General description
苯乙胺衍生物。一种刺激腺苷酸环化酶活性的选择性β-肾上腺素能激动剂。促进糖原分解并引起支气管扩张。通过产生一氧化氮增加兔气管细胞中Cl–的扩散和电位差。据报道，通过Rap1和B-Raf依赖性过程激活MAP激酶（ERK）。
