Product Description
General description
无菌25 mm Millex-LG装置是注射器操作的过滤器装置，用于体积为10毫升的溶剂或水性溶液（柱洗脱液、组织培养添加剂、HPLC样品等）的灭菌。耐溶剂的一次性 Millex-LG装置配备了 0.2 μm 亲水PTFE 膜。Millex-LG过滤器装置适合作为针头式过滤器，用于溶液的灭菌和净化。
Application
Millex-LG, 0.20 μm已用于：
- 用于体外实验的无水二甲基亚砜（DMSO）化合物制备
- 作为耐有机溶剂过滤器用于制备无菌3,3′-二十八烷基羰基酞菁高氯酸盐（DiO）乙醇溶液
- 去除小单层囊泡（SUV）制备中的脂质聚集体
