Product Description
General description
β-位点APP裂解酶（BACE-1）被称为β-分泌酶。它由N端信号肽（SP）、前肽（Pro）结构域、催化结构域、跨膜结构域和C端尾部组成。
BACE1是肽酶A1蛋白家族的成员，是主要在高尔基体中发现的I型整合膜糖蛋白和天冬氨酸蛋白酶。
