General description
血小板因子4（PF-4）是一种CXC趋化因子，在巨核细胞中表达并存储在血小板的α颗粒中。 编码该蛋白的基因位于人类4号染色体上4。重组人PF-4是一种7.8kDa蛋白，包含70个氨基酸残基，包括CXC趋化因子中存在的四个高度保守的残基。
Biochem/physiol Actions
血小板因子4（PF-4）对嗜中性粒细胞和单核细胞具有趋化作用，并已显示出抑制血管生成的作用。这种蛋白与肝素结合并中和。它还可以中和各种带负电荷的蛋白聚糖。
Physical form
不含添加剂的冻干品。
Preparation Note
先离心，再开瓶。在水中重悬至浓度为0.1-1.0 mg/ml。请勿涡旋。该溶液可在2-8℃下储存长达1周。 对于长期储存，建议在含有载体蛋白（如0.1%BSA）的缓冲液中进一步稀释，分装为工作体积并在-20°C至-80°C下储存。
