Product Description
General description
生长素是一种植物激素，调节生理生长和发育。该激素调节细胞功能，如伸长、膨压、分裂和分化。吲哚乙酸（IAA）被认为是多种植物中的主要生长素。IAA由色氨酸（Trp）通过Trp依赖性途径合成。小鼠单克隆抗生长素抗体识别吲哚乙酸，但是不识别游离的非甲基化IAA。
Immunogen
与卵清蛋白相连的吲哚乙酸 (IAA) 羧基。
Application
小鼠单克隆抗生长素抗体已用于免疫荧光分析。该抗体还可用于ELISA 、斑点印迹和蛋白质印迹分析等应用。
用单克隆抗吲哚-3-乙酸抗体通过免疫组织化学鉴定了正在发育的冷杉木 云杉植物石蜡包埋的福尔马林固定胚中的吲哚-3-乙酸。
