General description
溶酶体相关膜蛋白1 (LAMP-1)是I型跨膜蛋白，具有短胞质尾，其中含有溶酶体靶向信号。编码该蛋白的基因位于人染色体13q34上。
Immunogen
LAMP-1抗体靶标为靠近人LAMP-1中心的一个15氨基酸肽。
Application
兔抗-LAMP-1抗体可用于免疫印迹分析。
Biochem/physiol Actions
溶酶体相关膜蛋白1（LAMP-1）可作为细胞内的受体。有研究发现它在多种类型癌细胞的胞质中表达，并且可能参与肿瘤侵袭。LAMP-1对于穿孔素运送到溶解颗粒以及这些溶解颗粒的运动至关重要。敲除这种蛋白质可抑制人类自然杀伤细胞的细胞毒性。
