General description
雷帕霉素的机械/哺乳动物靶标（mTOR）是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶。它是磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶（PI 3-激酶或PI3Ks）家族的成员。它位于人类染色体 1p36.22上。
