Application
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: FACS: Assay-dependent dilution, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000, IHC: Assay-dependent dilution, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, IP: Assay-dependent dilution, WB: 1:500-1:3000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Biochem/physiol Actions
ZC3H12A is an MCP1 (CCL2; MIM 158105)-induced protein that acts as a transcriptional activator and causes cell death of cardiomyocytes, possibly via induction of genes associated with apoptosis.[supplied by OMIM]
