General description
单克隆抗-地高辛（小鼠 IgG1 亚型）抗体来自于免疫小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和脾细胞相互融合而产生的杂交瘤。

小鼠抗-地高辛FITC单克隆抗体可用于免疫荧光原位杂交(FISH) 和FISH。
Biochem/physiol Actions
单克隆抗地高辛-FITC可用于检测地高辛标记的化合物，例如寡核苷酸、抗体或肽。标记的化合物和相应的偶联抗体可用于人类诊断学中检测病毒和细菌感染，作为肿瘤标志物的致癌基因，移植分析原因研究（如自身免疫性疾病）中的组织相容性抗原，淋巴细胞亚群（如淋巴瘤治疗期间）的表征，遗传缺陷或遗传缺陷倾向的测定（如阿尔茨海默′病）以及核酸诊断。
抗体对地高辛具有特异性，且对地高辛具有高亲和力。
