抗角蛋白14抗体可检测内源水平的总角蛋白14蛋白。
CK14/KRT14（角蛋白14）是人细胞的细胞角蛋白同种型之一。它是中间丝蛋白，是上皮细胞的特征。它定位于人类染色体17q21。

制备用于抗人角蛋白14合成肽的抗血清。

Biochem/physiol Actions
CK14/KRT14（角蛋白14）参与涎腺腺样囊性癌（SACC）的集体侵袭。KRT14中的突变导致单纯性大疱性表皮松解。

Physical form
