按照 Morgan 公布的原始 M 199 配方配制的完全液体培养基。
Application

- 作为悬浮培养基维持原代神经元细胞生长
- 作为胶原蛋白凝胶组分离体培养胚心
- 在慢速冷冻处理中，维持卵巢组织切片活性
