General description
谷氨酰胺合成酶表达培养基(GSEM)补充剂可使氨和谷氨酸形成谷氨酰胺，从而缓解培养基中的氨积聚。它可用于提高中国仓鼠卵(CHO)细胞的重组蛋白产量。
Application
GSEM补充剂已用作培养中国仓鼠卵(CHO)细胞的ProCHO5无蛋白培养基和培养NS0骨髓瘤细胞的选择性培养基的添加剂。
