Anti-MDFIC (AB2) antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for western blotting at a concentration of 1.0μg/ml.
Biochem/physiol Actions
MyoD family inhibitor domain containing (MDFIC) is involved in transcription regulation of viral genome expression. Alternate translation results in two isoforms, p40 and p32 found localized to cytoplasm and nucleolus, respectively.
