General description
免疫原序列与大鼠和小鼠APP695 以及APP同种型APP751 和APP770相同。该抗体可识别APP695、APP751 和 APP770。
淀粉样肽前体蛋白（APP）是跨膜糖蛋白，存在于多种组织中。APP在大脑中表达。它位于人类21号染色体上。APP具有3种主要同种型，即APP695、APP751和APP770，它们来自于细胞的可变剪接事件。APP裂解产物（如β-淀粉样肽）积聚可引起阿尔茨海默病。
Immunogen
该合成肽与KLH偶联，其对应于人APP695 的C末端。
Application
兔抗淀粉样肽前体蛋白C末端抗体可用于免疫沉淀、 免疫组织化学分析、 免疫组织化学染色和蛋白质免疫印迹 应用。本品还可用于IHC (1:1,000) 和微阵列研究。
已有研究使用按1:500稀释的兔抗淀粉样肽前体蛋白C末端抗体作为一抗，对SH-SY5Y细胞裂解物进行蛋白质免疫印迹分析。
Biochem/physiol Actions
在瞬时转染的细胞系中，APP（淀粉样肽前体蛋白）可调节细胞生长、运动、神经突向外生长和细胞存活。APP的细胞内C末端是一种转录调节因子，其氨基酸结构域可作为其自身细胞内分选的调节因子。该基因的突变可导致脑淀粉样血管病。APP裂解产物（如β-淀粉样肽）积聚可引起阿尔茨海默病。
Physical form
溶于0.01M磷酸盐缓冲盐水，pH 7.4，含有15 mM叠氮化钠作为防腐剂。
Preparation Note
若需连续使用，可在2-8°C下保存最长一个月。若需延长储存时间，可将溶液分装并冷冻。不建议反复冻融或存放在“无霜”冰柜中。如果长期储存时出现轻微浑浊，请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。
