General description
Earle′s平衡盐溶液(10x)是生理pH范围内的盐溶液。可用于诱导自噬和促进卡介苗(BCG)活化的树突状细胞成熟。
Application
Earle′s平衡盐溶液(10x)已用于：
- 作为绵羊蛇形毛圆线虫(Trichostrongylus colubriformis)卵培养基的营养补充剂
- 上游法制备人类精子样本
- 牛原代乳腺上皮细胞稳态培养基
Features and Benefits
- 维持细胞内外渗透压平衡，可用作冲洗、运输和稀释液。
- 供给细胞正常代谢所需水和大量无机离子。
- 加入葡萄糖等糖类后，提供细胞代谢的主要能量。
- 缓冲能力可维持培养基处于生理pH范围(7.2-7.6)。
Preparation Note
1× 溶液需添加 2.2g/L 的碳酸氢钠。
