General description
AIF1（同种异体移植炎症因子1）是一种含143个氨基酸的钙结合胞质蛋白。也称为IBA1（电离钙结合衔接分子1）。它在单核/巨噬细胞谱系以及小胶质细胞和树突细胞中表达。它定位于人类染色体6p21.3。
Immunogen
根据NP_001614.3的蛋白质序列内部区域的多肽（序列为C-NKQFLDDPKYSSDED）。
Application
山羊抗AIF1/IBA1（同种型3）抗体还可用于蛋白印迹和免疫荧光。
Biochem/physiol Actions
AIF1（同种异体移植炎症因子1）是巨噬细胞趋化作用的重要因子。AIF1的表达可通过G-CSF（细胞因子粒细胞集落刺激因子）自分泌表达调节血管平滑肌细胞的增殖。

Physical form
