General description
哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mammalian target of rapamycin, mTOR)或雷帕霉素作用靶点(mechanistic target of rapamycin)是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶。它是磷酸肌醇3激酶（PI 3激酶或PI3K）家族成员。定位于人类染色体1p36.22上。
抗-MTOR 抗体可检测内源性总 MTOR 蛋白水平。
