Product Description
General description
E6AP 是一种 E3 泛素连接酶，由 UB3A 基因表达。UB3A 基因受到抑制或改变可能导致一种名为安格曼综合征的神经系统疾病。E6AP 与 E1 和 E2 酶相互作用，介导标记蛋白质的泛素化并使其酶解。E6AP 还与 HPV 感染细胞中存在的 E6 病毒蛋白结合。
抗 E6AP 单克隆抗体是研究 E6AP 及其在蛋白质酶解中的作用的有用工具。该抗体对大鼠、小鼠、人类和猴子的 E6AP 蛋白具有特异性。

人全长重组E6AP。
Application
抗-E6AP单克隆抗体适用于western blot（1-2 μg/mL使用来自293T细胞的总细胞提取物）、免疫细胞化学、免疫印迹、免疫沉淀、间接ELISA和微阵列。
Physical form
0.01M 磷酸缓冲盐溶液，pH 7.4，含 15mM 叠氮化钠。
