General description

兔抗谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶（GST）抗体对来自日本血吸虫（ Schistosoma japonicum）天然和变性还原形式的谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶均具有特异性。可溶 GST 由人类的八个不同基因编码，这八个基因是 α, μ, θ, π, ζ, σ, κ 和 ω ，分别位于6、1、22、11、14、未知、4和10号染色体上。
该抗体对日本血吸虫 谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶的天然型和变性-还原型均具有特异性 。抗 GST 可用于各种免疫分析，以鉴定 GST 融合蛋白的表达。
