General description
Z-DNA结合蛋白1（ZBP1），又称干扰素（IFN）γ诱导基因，是一种胞质DNA传感器。它属于Z-DNA结合蛋白家族。ZBP1主要在小肠和淋巴组织中表达。该基因位于人染色体20q13.3上。
Immunogen
由人ZBP1羧基末端附近的18个氨基酸组成的肽。
Application
兔抗ZBP1抗体可用于蛋白印迹。
Biochem/physiol Actions
Z-DNA结合蛋白1（ZBP1）在DNA介导的先天免疫应答中起主要作用。它增强了活化B细胞（NFκB）的核因子K轻链增强子的活化和促炎细胞因子的产生。

溶剂为含有0.02％叠氮化钠的磷酸盐缓冲盐水
Other Notes
可以使用阻断肽SBP4401阻断该抗体的作用。
