General description
聚组氨酸（小鼠IgG2a）单克隆抗体可识别天然或变性的还原型合成聚组氨酸和聚组氨酸标签融合蛋白。 该抗体优先识别N-末端标签融合蛋白，并且与原核表达载体pET、pRSET和pTrc表达的融合蛋白反应。

重组聚组氨酸标签融合蛋白。
Application
该抗体适用于免疫印迹、斑点杂交印迹、ELISA和免疫细胞化学分析。小鼠聚组氨酸单克隆抗体可用于蛋白质免疫印迹分析。
Biochem/physiol Actions
IgG2a（免疫球蛋白G 2a）基因主动参与刺激小鼠的自身免疫。该基因在病毒感染中高表达。
该抗体可识别合成聚组氨酸，以及在指定载体中表达的天然或变性的还原型6X组氨酸标签蛋白。
Physical form
以含有15mM叠氮化钠的腹水形式提供。
