Application

Preparation Note

在使用前，必须除去用于储存定性凝胶的乙醇，以避免缓冲盐沉淀。先用 1-2 倍体积的去离子水洗涤亲和凝胶，除去乙醇。向凝胶中加入 2-3 倍体积浓度为 10 mg/mL 的所需金属离子溶液，然后用 3-5 倍体积平衡缓冲液平衡。

Other Notes

除非含有抗菌剂（如 30% 乙醇），否则不要让亲和凝胶长时间保留在任何缓冲液中。
