Biochem/physiol Actions
哺乳动物脑利钠肽 (BNP) 和心房利钠肽 (ANP) 具有调节血压和心脏重构等多种生理功能。BNP 可作为有症状的左心室 (LV) 功能障碍患者左心室舒张末压升高的潜在生物标志物。在急性心肌梗死 (AMI) 患者中观察到 BNP 表达升高。BNP 还涉及多种生物学功能，如利尿、利钠、降压和抑制醛固酮分泌。
