General description
FLAG表位是一种带有肠激酶切割位点的八氨基酸蛋白。
兔抗-FLAG多克隆亲核抗体抗-FLAG可识别位于FLAG融合蛋白上的FLAG表位。该抗体可与N-末端、N末端-Met及C末端FLAG融合蛋白反应。

Application
采用斑点印迹、免疫印迹、免疫沉淀和免疫细胞化学检测，该抗体可以识别N-末端或C-末端FLAG标记融合蛋白上的FLAG 表位。
