Application
化学发光腺苷测定。
将腺苷类似物脱氨基形成相应的肌苷类似物
腺苷脱氨酶（ADA）已与其他试剂一起用于脂解的测定。
Biochem/physiol Actions
腺苷脱氨酶（ADA）可参与腺苷脱氨基至肌苷，以及2′ 脱氧腺苷脱氨基至2′ -脱氧肌苷的过程。
Physical form
悬浮于3.2M硫酸铵溶液中，pH约为6。存在小颗粒是正常现象。在使用前请搅拌沉淀物再继续使用。

污染物：<0.01％碱性磷酸酶、AMP-脱氨酶、鸟嘌呤酶和核苷磷酸化酶
