General description
m-氨基苯基硼酸-琼脂糖可作为硼酸亲和基质，用于纯化严重急性呼吸综合症(SARS-CoV)核蛋白(NP)抗原。
Application
m-氨基苯基硼酸-琼脂糖已作为分离凝胶，用于对白蛋白进行硼酸亲和层析。它也被用作纯化树脂，用于纯化3,4-二羟基苯乙醛(DOPAL)结合α-突触核蛋白(α-syn)。
Physical form
悬浮于0.5 M NaCl、0.1 M醋酸钠，pH 5.0。
