General description

Application
基于磺酰罗丹明B的体外毒性检测试剂盒已被用于通过总蛋白进行生物质（活细胞和死细胞）的分光光度测定。它用于研究17-烯丙基氨基-17-去甲氧格尔德霉素 (17-AAG) 对五种葡萄膜黑色素瘤细胞系增生的作用。在565nm波长处测量染料的吸光度。
