Recombinant protein encompassing a sequence within the center region of human ELP3.
Application
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000, IP: 1:100-1:500, WB: 1:500-1:3000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Biochem/physiol Actions
ELP3 is the catalytic subunit of the histone acetyltransferase elongator complex, which contributes to transcript elongation and also regulates the maturation of projection neurons (Creppe et al., 2009 [PubMed 19185337]).[supplied by OMIM]
