Application

以HRP标记的兔抗鸡IgY（1:2000稀释液）作为二抗，通过蛋白质免疫印迹法分析禽类蛋白（大肠杆菌过表达蛋白纯化制品）。
兔抗-鸡IgY(IgG)（全分子）-过氧化物酶抗体可用于ELISA分析。此抗体还可用于斑点印迹(1:160,000)和IHC(1:500)分析。
抗-鸡IgY(IgG)（全分子）FITC抗体已用于免疫组织学分析。

Biochem/physiol Actions

IgY在抵抗系统性感染的防御机制中起着重要作用。它还能引发过敏反应。
兔抗鸡IgY(IgG)（全分子）-过氧化物酶抗体结合鸡IgY。
鸡IgY是鸡血清中的主要抗体。鸡对哺乳动物抗原蛋白产生相对增强的抗体反应。这些免疫球蛋白不与哺乳动物和细菌中的Fc受体结合，也不与类风湿因子相互作用。因此，此抗鸡抗体是各种研究应用中重要的分析工具。

Physical form

溶于0.01M磷酸缓冲盐，pH7.4，含有0.05%MIT。

Preparation Note

通过Avrameas, S., et al., Scand.J. Immunol., 8, Suppl. 7, 7 (1978)等描述的两步戊二醛方法进行制备。
