Application
使用冷冻切片进行的免疫组化：1:50。
使用石蜡包埋切片进行的免疫组化：在胰蛋白酶消化抗原修复后，将石蜡包埋的组织切片按1:50比例固定在10%中性缓冲福尔马林或Fekete’s酸-酒精-福尔马林中（Mikaelian et al.，2004）。
蛋白质印迹：1:500。
**工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。
抗角蛋白K3/K76抗体，克隆AE5是抗角蛋白K3/K76的抗体，用于WB，IH，IH（P）。
Biochem/physiol Actions
该抗体与角膜上皮的64 kDa多肽（细胞角蛋白3；角蛋白K3）和上颚上皮的角蛋白K76（细胞角蛋白K2p）反应。 因此，这代表了研究角膜上皮类型分化的**标记。也可识别牛口鼻和唇上皮以及兔角膜细胞系。
Physical form

Preparation Note
若购买后1个月内使用，则储存于2°-8°C，若要长期储存，则将抗体等分成小体积并储存于-20°C，保存达1年。
