Physical form
在100 mM KCl、20 mM Tris-HCl、1 mM DTT、200 µM EDTA、20%甘油、pH 7.9和1瓶稀释缓冲液（100 mM KCl、20 mM Tris-HCl、1 mM DTT、0.2 mM EDTA、20%甘油、pH 8.0）中添加5000 U酶。
Preparation Note
初次融化后，分装并冷冻（-70°C）。对于稀释蛋白质的贮藏，在贮藏缓冲液中用500µg/ml分子生物学级BSA稀释、分装并冷冻（-70°C）。
