General description
MCP诱导蛋白1（也称核糖核酸酶ZC3H12A、含CCCH结构用锌指蛋白12A）由人ZC3H12A基因（也称dJ423B22.1、MCPIP、MCPIP1）编码。它属于含4个成员的CCCH锌指蛋白家族（MCPIP1/2/3/4），可作为巨噬细胞激活（PMID 18178554）的负向调节因子。 MCPIP1尤其涉及免疫应答下调，这种下调是通过LPS处理下靶向IL-6 和IL-12b下的RNA酶活性（PMID 22561375）实现的。据报道MCP-处理引起的MCPIP1表达促进人脐静脉内皮细胞（HUVEC）培养物的血管生成，同时导致心肌细胞（PMID 18364357 & 16574901）的细胞凋亡性细胞死亡。
