Immunogen
来自大鼠I型电压门控钠通道（VGSC）的α亚基465-481的纯化肽（登录号P04774）。
Application
将要接收全长蛋白的全部程序应在4C下进行，并应使用以下蛋白酶抑制剂混合物：胃蛋白酶抑制剂A（1 μg/mL），亮抑蛋白酶肽（1 μg/mL），抑肽酶（1 μg/mL），Pefabloc SC（0.2 mM），苯甲脒（0.1 mg/mL）和钙蛋白酶抑制剂I和II（各8 μg/mL）。
蛋白质印迹：在大鼠脑膜上使用ECL为L1：200。
大鼠脑固定冰冻切片和小鼠心脏组织上的免疫组化。
应使用载体蛋白（例如BSA（1-3%））进行稀释。
**工作稀释度必须由最终用户确定。
该抗钠通道抗体，电压门控，脑I型经验证可用于IH，WB检测钠通道。
Biochem/physiol Actions
识别VGSC的I型α亚基。不与迄今为止检测的任何其他钠通道抗原发生交叉反应。
