General description
Microcon®离心过滤器提供含水生物样品的高效浓缩、脱盐或缓冲交换，体积范围10–500 μL。Microcon® DNA Fast Flow过滤器对SDS缓冲液基因组DNA的浓缩和回收进行了优化。
Application
Microcon DNA Fast Flow离心过滤装置与超滤膜已被用于提取常规有机DNA，以比较不同提取方法的DNA产量。它也被用于过滤消化后的DNA，进行基因组DNA的电子显微镜分析。
