General description
可识别Hs27细胞和乳腺癌组织中天然构象的~53 kDa野生型p53蛋白。不能识别突变或变性的p53蛋白。
该抗p53（Ab-5）（野生型）小鼠mAb（PAb1620）经验证可用于冰冻切片、免疫印迹、IF、IP和石蜡切片，以检测p53（Ab-5）（野生型）。
通过用指定的免疫原免疫BALB/c小鼠并将脾细胞与SP2/0 Ag14骨髓瘤细胞融合而产生的纯化小鼠单克隆抗体。可识别~53 kDa野生型p53蛋白。
