Application
Anti-Orexin A Antibody detects level of Orexin A & has been published & validated for use in ELISA.
ELISA: 1:200-1:1,000 when using as the coating antibody and 1:2,000-1:5,000 when using as the detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA.
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
