General description
Ammonium sulfate precipitated rabbit polyclonal antibody. Recognizes human neutrophil elastase.

This Anti-Neutrophil Elastase Rabbit pAb is validated for use in ELISA, Immunoblotting, Immunoelectrophoresis, Immunoprecipitation for the detection of Neutrophil Elastase.

Other Notes
Single arc by immunoelectrophoresis against neutrophil granule extract and human neutrophil elastase. This antibody has also been reported to work for immunoblotting and immunoprecipitation. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
